  • Build and maintain close customer relationships in order to understand needs and business priorities.
  • Handle business deal tracking, monitoring, closing, and other related activities.
  • Recommend process improvements to increase revenue.
  • Maintain open and careful communication with affiliates daily, regarding changes, issues, and possibilities.
  • Stay current with trends in affiliate marketing and identify new opportunities.
  • Work with the management team to execute and close new affiliate deals.


  • 3+ years of experience in the field.
  • Communicative personality.
  • Excellent negotiating and communicative skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Multitasking abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Be a people person.
